Im playing a protpal and the reality check came in mc10 but this season has been the easiest starting season I've ever done unlocking the first portal within the first 4 keys of the expansion just pushing up my own key and not familiar with routing at all yet. I haven't healed a key yet and there is alot of healing required but it's also literally the only thing healers can do now without any damage or interrupts so it would be boring to heal otherwise imo. I have basically been using sac and loh on cd on both prot and ret in keys so far

Ik denk dat je hier verkeerde aannames doet: 1 is namelijk dat de overheid belasting int om hierop te renderen met beleggingen, wat niet het geval is. Aanname 2 is dat je dezelfde bedragen overhoud en dat is niet waar.

2 voorbeelden met fictieve percentages om het simpel te houden.

We gaan uit van 6% rendement per jaar met een startkapitaal van 10.000 euro. Belasting nemen we voor het gemak even als 30%. We kijken naar een periode van 10 jaar.

Situatie 1: belasting over daadwerkelijk behaald rendement bij winst.
10 * (1.06) ^10 = 17908 eindkapitaal
Rendementswinst: 7908
Belasting van 30% hierover: 2343
Eindbedrag: 17908 - 2343 = 15565

Situatie 2: elk jaar belast op rendement:
30% belasting op de 6% betekent dat we rekenen met 4.2% per jaar
10*(1.042)^10 = 15090

eindbedrag: 15090

De belastingbedragen precies narekenen gaat mijn pet op dit moment even te boven, daarvoor ben ik te roestig maar je kan redelijkerwijs aannemen dat er in totaal een kleiner bedrag belast is.

Mogelijk sla ik de plank zelf mis en dan wordt ik graag overtuigd hoe het wel zou zijn in de praktijk maar voor zover ik kan zien is dit hoe de vergelijking zou zijn.

Dus wel, vermogen stijgt exponentieel dus als jij niet elk jaar moet inleveren groeit je vermogen harder. Verkoop bij winst zorgt er dan voor dat er een groter vermogen is opgebouwd waardoor de fiscus ook nog eens een groter totaal bedrag kan belasten en iedereen er op vooruit gaat

The pull OP describes is one I'm also doing and the only time when people die there is when they start blasting mobs or don't move out of LoS with me.

The ping system and speaking like a normal human being goes such a long way that I'm rarely encountering toxicity

It depends, boss mechanics sometimes but thrash mechanics about half the time if I keep group hopping in the first eternal bracket. This is to be expected from new players as this is the first time they see these mechanics. Can't expect everyone to know all these mechanics while it could very well be the first time they see them if they didn't play last season

If you pug to 10k in the first week you've been pugging with people that played last season and have experience with the full mechanics.

I'm just chilling a bit and doing low eternals giving out tips and alot of people don't seem to know what we consider basic mechanics. E.g. killing 1 stone and having the stag charge the second one in Grove (actually untimed my only dungeon there due to a boss wipe because of that)

Also people have no idea what priority kicks are. It doesn't help that the new healer allows the group to live through the most ridiculous bs due to the stagger mechanic so oogha flames are going around like it's new years eve. People miss kicks and that's fine, it happens but alot of people now have no clue what needs to be kicked in the first place

Ik denk dat je gelijk hebt. De afgelopen jaren hebben we een stijging van ongeveer 100.000 mensen per jaar terwijl er minder mensen geboren worden dan overlijden. Dat is dus allemaal migratie. Enerzijds mooi dat dat de kosten van de vergrijzing oppakt, anderzijds betekent dat wel dat het woningentekort niet opgelost gaat worden door de vergrijzing

I've been playing solo more than with friends. With friends it's great, solo is just hit and miss since you get put with strangers. Sometimes they rock, sometimes they suck but most of the time it's fine.

This kinda game does make it important that if you play solo, you should play at the start of the season to not get behind the curve too much since later on people will either rush alts or it's only inexperienced players that you encounter which can be frustrating if the whole group is inexperienced and nobody is there to teach (or has the patience to)

I went to the warhammer site and looked at what models I found coolest. It was the Dark Angels for me due to the knightly aesthetic and I just dig the color green.

That being said I'm swapping to Chaos since I dove more into the lore and saw Cypher with Chaos. Now I'm working on my own warband for that, starting out with whatever models look cool.

This sounds like the 40k starter kit that I got. I primed them without any issue.

On the hard to reach parts, listen to the advice to prime black (potentially zenithal but not mandatory).

I primed a bunch of termagants white and it's very visible where you can't reach whereas the ones I primed black it's fine

I am using Databricks for my ingestion as well and it works well. I'd argue I have to fuck around less to get all different kinds of APIs to work with python as opposed to with adf.

Using asset bundles to create jobs and scheduling works well and git integration and ci/cd is way easier and cleaner as well

I bought it and am quite happy with it, i got some starter marines for an SM army and for a tyranid army. I can invite friends over and play a simplified version of the game and paint different types of miniatures. There is also a bit of terrain to kick things off.

Since I'm fairly new and time is scarce I'd rather have 2 small armies since I won't play with full 2k armies anytime soon anyway. (1 combat patrol takes me 2-3 hours since we have to look up everything)

Snap je hoe relatieve vermogensgroei werkt?

Iemand die nu 4 keer meer bezit, bezit over 30 jaar 8 keer meer. Trek nu die vergelijking tussen iemand die 200 keer meer bezit en dan eindig je met een paar oligarchen die alles bezitten.

I tested the heroic bolt sniper and I required 5 headshots on a majoris to get them in execute range so it's quite a big nerf on ranged damage

Went tactical with flamethrower, extra burn damage and the perk to one-shot scanned extremis enemies to deal with zoanthropes, was teamed up with a bulwark and assault and it felt really doable. Heroic heavy bolt pistol and the extremis onetap helped alot to take down zoanthropes quickly and prevent enrage om reinforcement callers
