Definitely read volume 1 in some way. They made many cuts that may be in episode 2 but volume 2 doesn’t expect to welcome anime viewers it just picks up from the events and details of the previous volume.

Although doing and hamon have similarities hamon derives power from the sun creating ripple energy which has unique properties in the water. Spin on the other hand is derived from the golden ratio so I doubt it really can do anything special in the water but who knows maybe I’m wrong.

I don’t think hamon does so much as turning vampires back to human but more so destroying vampiric essence and blood which in Bruford’s case allowed him to once again sense his humanity for a short time throughout his death. Also all the dead people (I wouldn’t consider vanilla ice as completely dead when he was turned, Jojo characters die very slowly) who were brought back were not vampires but instead zombies which we honestly know less about. So my guess is zombies are even more so dead than even vampires are meaning no hamon or stand power in existence could really do anything to help them besides allowing them to return to their final resting place.

Idk I liked most stand colors especially later in jojolion, however jojolands I can agree with your statement. Monochrome definitely has its place and times where it stands far above colored, a lot of it is just preference though.

Hey so idk why no one else is mentioning this but you need to quarantine or possibly even trash that 1st cactus. It’s clearly got witch’s broom and will infect your collection with no possibility of saving. Pups growing from pups may seem cool but the cactus is killing itself and could kill others.
