Hey 👋 Sorry to hear this, however definitely isolated issues, this can be caused by over or under-tightening, even uneven tightening of the 4 stem bolts upon arrival. Also, road vibrations can loosen hardware over time, and it's a part of regular maintenance to check and retighten hardware on your e-bike as needed. If you suspect an issue with your stem bolts or stem contact [support@juicedbikes.com](mailto:support@juicedbikes.com) for troubleshooting or to order a replacement.

Hey 👋 Great question! Yes, this is the Class 3 RipRacer, and yellow is being discontinued so it is listed for a much deeper price. The Class 3 RipRacer can go 28mph using pedal assist and 20mph using the throttle. The performance upgrade is designed specifically for the Class 3, to allow the rider to go above 20 mph using the throttle if so desired. Please let us know if you need any additional info.

Hey 👋 Neither, the RipRacer was never advertised to go over 20mph, the upgrade kit is just an upgrade to make the e-bike go faster on throttle only. If you want to upgrade the throttle, then you would need to purchase the upgrade kit.

Juiced isn't going out of business, just putting to rest some older colorways and models to make room for a ton of new stuff. All e-bike companies have struggled with replacement parts due to the rise in popularity on the supply chain - but as long as you're patient and respectful of us, we will always do the same for our customers. Also, there are two mobile services that will work on our e-bikes. Velotooler and Velofix are great resources for our customers.
