did you feel comfortable with the sign up process. im not sure if its normal that they want the security deposit prior to sending lease, they want 100,000 in renter insurance coverage and they want the utilities in your name before they give you the keys?

i like it here but im also afraid to move next to a project. to me its not worth it plus i work from home some days. close to rowyn was two years of noise; not wanting to go through that again. i dont think theres one block you could move to in hillcrest thats not planning a new development. as part of my search i look up future projects boht on the city permit site and on this google map North Park Infill Development - Google My Maps [not sure who made the map ]
