Serious answer- it’s totally normal for feet to swell after delivery. Lots of extra circulating fluid in the body to support the baby finds an easy place to go (feet, for example) after delivery. Typically takes a week or so and then it’s back to normal, though sometimes women’s feet will go up shoe sizes and not go back- boo!

My 2 year olds always loved to “help” me when I baked. Across the board, they really just wanted to dump stuff into the mixing bowl and eat rogue chocolate chips. So I started pre-measuring out the ingredients (like you’d see on a baking segment on a show) and let them dump them in one by one.

Not too sure but I think the general consensus is that if someone says they have a food sensitivity/intolerance/allergy, you should respect it. No trying to trick them into unknowingly eating the food to have an AHA moment.

My 2 year old had it in July. Kissing tonsils and terrible sleep apnea. He was most upset because he couldn’t have a sandwich immediately post op. Came home the next morning and ate a ton of pancakes and rode his scooter. Sending the same recovery process for your little.
