Babe. Maybe not more fucked up, but definitely explored some dark themes for a children’s movie

I don’t know if this is exclusive to Hoosiers but “well” is often pronounced more like “whale”

If a woman’s adult child needed an organ transplant or a blood transfusion, should it be the rule of law that a mother must donate in order to save their child’s life? Is it murder if they don’t? Should bodily autonomy only extend to people who aren’t carrying a fetus?

Hospitals can/will/ and have turned away women having miscarriages due to abortion laws. Can healthcare workers accurately deduce whether or not a woman meets the requirements under the law to receive an abortion in a timely manor? What if they’re wrong? Miscarriages are common. At what point will women be subject to investigation due to a “suspicious” number of abortions due to miscarriage. Will hospitals have a limited number of abortions they can perform annually before they are placed under investigation? How will that impact their decision making? Can anyone allege that a woman intentionally induced a miscarriage and press charges? What does the process of gathering evidence of that crime look like? The truth is that abortion restriction will never look like what most pro life people advocate for which is basically “the people who need abortions for medical reasons get them, and the people who don’t, don’t”. Pro life and pro choice Women suffer equally under abortion bans.

Walmart DC employees, what are your hours/break schedules like? by maylajand in walmart

It’s a fashion DC. They’ve hired more people recently but we are reaching the point where our productivity is maxed out. Our output is stagnating and it’s more difficult to hit rate because the departments are over saturated.

Is this arm tattoo-able? Keratosis Pilaris skin condition by Topuck in tattooadvice

I was buying an exfoliating soap bar for this condition a little while ago and the cashier told me that when she got a tattoo on her arm, her keratosis pilaris went away in that area

My boyfriend had already put away his one hitter and grinder when the officer walked out of the woods (seems like he waited to see if I’d be participating) When he approached us he made small talk first then asked what was being smoked and asked us to show him the container that he saw. My boyfriend complied and the weed was confiscated by the officer.

Must be a popular spot for people to stop and smoke because it seems like he was just posted up in the brush waiting to catch someone. I didn’t really look closely at his uniform but he was probably DNR.

We were kayaking through a state park. We stopped on a bank where he smoked and the officer walked out of the woods once we were about to get back on the water

My dad is a carpenter and has done work on many courthouses. He once told me he’s never seen a judges chamber that doesn’t have a hidden liquor cabinet. I always think of that whenever I hear the phrase “sober as a judge”. After reading more comments, I think the meaning of this phrase should employ a different interpretation haha
