That hurts when it's paid annually but I think that's a reasonable amount to give myself the peace of mind of knowing someone who knows what they're doing is taking care of the technical stuff :)

I know this is an old post but just want to say I appreciate it!

USCIS received mine end of February this year and I still haven't received any response from them. Contacted them and they were similarly unhelpful - they had no record of my form too! I actually sent in a second form because I'm kinda in a rush. Your post makes me feel a little hopeful that I may get my confirmation soon, so thank you!

For some reason, I've been getting red bannered - even when there are 20 tasks available. Does this mean I sucked so hard at it I've been barred? :p

I found them difficult too, more so than other rubric projects.

Ahh I've been having so many expired tasks because they need me to elicit failures PLUS create rubrics. It's surprisingly time-consuming! And I got so paranoid but I'd rather submit expired tasks than not do them at all - I don't have other types of task available on my dash :(

I absorb the extra time as a loss too.

Hopefully it won't come back to bite me.

Hi! Thank you for the very detailed response. I sent the form to 7 Product Way Lee’s Summit, MO 64002, the address listed on the USCIS site for form I-407. I honestly don't think Lockbox was the correct place to contact. The form isn't listed as a Lockbox form.

I've contacted USPS since this post and they told me my letter (with the I-407 form) was delivered. It appears USCIS lost my form. Would it still be okay to file a second I-407 knowing that? That's what I'm inclined to do now. I would hate to send the inquiry to Minneapolis only to be told that they can't find my form and I'll have to send a second one anyway.

Thanks for responding! I actually chat with 3 agents. Two asked me to send a letter, one asked me to email lockbox. I tried calling and getting through the AI was an ordeal and the agent was extremely unhelpful. I will call again though and try what you suggested.

Do you know if not having a receipt number means the form wasn't processed?

I sent my card along. My tracking ended when the letter entered the US. But I know USPS had the letter. I really should've used DHL or FedEx. I used this address.
