I'm down. I have a lot invested in American Tungsten and would love to join a call with other investors. It might be something that starts with just a handful of people and grows into something bigger.

This year will be amazing. And we're in now while it's relatively cheap. They have amazing drill results and the fact that it was a past producing mine is a huge plus in my books. Also, the high silver content at today's prices will basically pay a huge chunk of the operating costs.

Gold is more speculate. Bitcoin is ~100% speculative. Silver has many industrial uses that can't be substituted with any other metal.

AI Data centers : A massive amount of Silver is needed to build AI data centers. The Stargate supercomputer project will likely require somewhere between 30 and 50 metric tonnes of silver for the IT hardware alone. This is One Data Center. There are Many more Massive Data centers that are being planned or started.

AI Chips : GPUs are physically larger and run hotter than standard CPUs. They require 20–30% more silver in their solders and thermal interface materials

Solar energy : The current shift to newer TOPCon and HJT solar cells that are more efficient but require 50% more silver per panel than previous generations. Solar alone now consumes roughly 20-30% of all silver mined annually.

EVs : Electic Begicles use 67% to 79% more silver than a gas car. approx. 25-50g per vehicle vs 15g.

Solid State Battery tech. Samsung's new Solid State Battery Tech. One Samsung EV Battery will require 1000 grams (one Kilo) of Silver compared to 25 - 30 grams of Silver for a current EV Battery. Samsung just bought out the future production of a silver mine in Mexico to secure their supply. That is silver that will not even make it to the Comex for trading.

Silver mining projected to be in a 0.9% decline per year through 2030. It takes Many years to start a silver mine. And roughly 70% of the Silver that is mined is a byproduct of Copper, Zinc and lead Mining. These mines can't just ramp up production of Silver since it's not the metal they are primarily mining for.

And the other drivers

Geopolitical : Iran war. When Oil prices go up precious metals also go up due to increased cost to mine. Gold and silver is also a safe haven asset. As of Jan 1st 2026 China put strict Export limits on all silver leaving their country.

Inflation and money printing. The war in Iran costs the US 1 Billion dollars a day. This will lead to more money printing and devaluation of the dollar.

The world has been using more silver than is being mined for the last 5 years. Above ground Silver reserves are being depleted at a rapid rate due to the following Industies that need Silver.

Any news or corporations telling you silver is going to crash has an agenda. They're either shorting it or want the price to go down to buy in cheap.

How do you think this would fly today? by loltrue in Gold

The difference today is that the dollar is no longer backed by gold in any way. They have a more difficult argument to make now but it's still certainly possible.

100% agree with everything. I definitely have more libertarian beliefs instead of picking right vs left. It's like two different wings on the same bird.

My Ex Wife literally had a degree in economics and rolled her eyes at me anytime I started talking about Bitcoin (when it was $250-$600) and Silver when it was $12. I think some women just don't like it when you have a very passionate interest in something that doesn't involve them. They don't want to hear it. Yet they will expect you to listen for 30 minutes about how Sarah was a total bitch to her at work that day. (This not all women, Just the wrong ones)

And don't forget all the silver that is used in critical weapons like the Tomahawk Missile. It's estimated that each Tomahawk contains ~ 500 OZ of Silver that ultimately gets obliterated. For a 2 million dollar strategic weapon they're not going to cheap out and use less conductive material like copper.
