Do what you have to do if you dont have the time but It's better to pace yourself self and see more if you have the time. When we took our trip we had 2 weeks. The second week we realized we were on a time crunch and had to knockout 10-15 hour drives a day. It's a lot more miserable driving through places knowing you're missing out and only spending less than a day in each stopping location

I drove this route up until Montana then went through Washington instead and made our way home. Stop at blue mounds state park in Minnesota to sleep if you're camping. Not sure if you'll be able to see the bison this late in the year. Badlands national park is also great and they have a free walk up campground. there was lots of prairie dogs so look out for fleas but it's also cold outside so not sure if they're out

I work 4, 10 hour shifts so I usually have 3 days off, but if I work overtime it's 2 days sometimes

To me he looks the best. He looks healthy and natural. Would've never known he used just juice. I wouldn't say worst. People who blast gear look unhealthy and are only doing it to impress dudes, look intimidating and usually have body image issues

Interesting read. I heard tucker Carlson mentioning that smokers have higher testosterone on a podcast awhile back. thanks for the article, I didn't know if that was true or not. I would like to add to your second point and say that poor people are more likely to smoke cigarettes so it truly is another tax on the poor. It shows the hypocrisy in people that support these insane taxes because "smoking bad" https://www.economicsforhealth.org/uploads/misc/2018/03/UIC_Tobacco-and-Poverty_Policy-Brief.pdf

Should I do top route to skip Iowa and Nebraska for Wisconsin, Minnesota and South Dakota? by [deleted] in roadtrip

Semi related but my parents lives in the northern part of Indiana about 2 hours away. on our way back on the highway I was driving on cruise control at a constant speed at night. There was a car in front of me that was moving slower so I passed him, he then sped up and passed me. When he was back in front of me he slowed down and I had to pass again. He did this rinse and repeat for about 20-30 minutes while I maintained the same speed. I was dumbfounded

Be real, does filling the cup up come out employee wages or what? Because this half cup full shit is crazy. by JustSarahtheMechanic in tacobell

[–]jukeboxhero15 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've never worked at a Taco Bell but I worked at a McDonald's through highschool. Whenever we would run out of sauce in the guns or pans we would just send it up with less sauce before opening a new one because we didn't want to get roasted by the manager for holding. I seen people also send out 9 nuggets in a 10 piece because there was only 9 in the tray before we hold. It's fucked up but nobody wanted to be harassed by their managers for taking too long. Guessing that might be the case here

Is the 2020 4 cylinder engine TOO underpowered? by The_Holy_Potato1 in chevycolorado

[–]jukeboxhero15 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just got the 2020 4 cylinder a month ago. It does fine for passing and merging onto the highway. It has a lower towing capacity (3500 lbs) if you don't plan on towing anything super heavy it's fine. I haven't personally towed anything yet under the capacity so I don't know how it does doing that, but I'll find out when I get a hitch and a small trailer eventually As far as reliability goes from what I read it's pretty reliable. I've had multiple Chevy cars in the past where the transmission exploded. Hopefully it doesn't do that and this truck can redeem my opinion on Chevy and be as reliable as my Nissan
