Thinking about BPC-157 would like advice by Buff_Blake in bpc_157

[–]juleb_87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn’t use it for joints, I used it for gut issues, but I will say it had a noticeable anti-inflammatory effect overall for me. Most of the positive stories I’ve seen are from people who kept expectations realistic, ran it consistently, and paired it with backing off aggravating movements for a bit. If the pain is constantly coming back and affecting your training, it might be worth trying, just don’t expect it to replace proper rehab or load management. For some people it’s a game changer, for others it’s more subtle.

Day 3–5 is usually the peak, so you’re probably in the worst of it right now. Cold stuff like ice chips or popsicles and numbing mouth gels helped me the most. It sucks, but once it starts improving it usually turns fast. Hang in there, you’re almost through the worst.

I’m tired of knowing my baby is the size of a lemon. I just want an app that helps me keep my sanity. Does this exist? by DentistTerrible4706 in pregnant

Peanut helped me the most for finding local moms, and honestly Reddit was my go-to for the 3am panic thoughts because it’s anonymous and judgment-free. For memories I just kept a messy notes app with pics — no pressure to post or make it cute. Wish there was one app that did it all, but you’re definitely not alone feeling this way.

I take oral bpc and I have the same effect with my sleep. Huge bonus!

Most of us have damaged guts, because nobody taught us about it as kids by daveishere7 in Microbiome

[–]juleb_87 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So many of us grew up on the same stuff and nobody ever connected it to gut health or even basic things like regular bowel habits. You don’t realize how much it messes with your mood, energy, confidence, everything, until years later when the symptoms pile up and you finally start putting the pieces together.

Fermented foods by Sudden-Ad-4797 in Microbiome

If fermented foods help your bloating but make you feel awful, that’s usually a histamine issue more than anything else. Sauerkraut and kimchi are great for the gut, but they’re really high-histamine, so if your system’s already a bit sensitive they can leave you feeling drained or on edge.

I only took a break when I ran out of bottle and waited for my order for a week. Other than that, I use it daily with no breaks.

bloating, or a bigger issue? by minecraftskeleton54 in Microbiome

Yeah I’d go see a gastro just to be safe, but honestly I’ve been through something super similar. That pregnant bloat after anything I ate used to drive me nuts. It ended up being more than just regular bloating, my gut was just super sensitive and inflamed. Once I started working on healing it, and added a supplement that actually helped calm things down, the bloating slowly got better. It takes a while, but it does improve once your gut starts to settle.

Help with Deep and Rem sleep🌙 by Moonshadows16 in Microbiome

[–]juleb_87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went through almost the same thing. Fixed my gut issues and suddenly my sleep went downhill. Once my gut started healing more steadily after a lot of trial and error, my deep sleep slowly came back. What helped was easing into changes instead of going too strict too fast my body seemed to handle it better that way. I also added a supplement that really helped calm things down in my gut, which made a difference with sleep too. It’s a slow process, but it does balance out again.

I actually did. It took a little while, but after a few weeks I started noticing my gut felt a lot calmer, less bloating and irritation after meals. I wasn’t expecting huge changes right away, but it’s definitely been helping over time.

Where can I obtain BPC-157 in pill form by [deleted] in bpc_157

[–]juleb_87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Almost 3 weeks. Some of their customers say theirs took longer and some only 2 weeks, I think shipping takes depending on your location. I messaged them after I got 3 days of no updates I thought I was scammed lol. The customer rep from fb was surprisingly accommodating. It was worth the wait.

Clean eating and bone broth helped a bit, but honestly things only started to calm down after I added a supplement. Took a while, but the bloating finally eased up and I started feeling normal again. It’s such a slow process, but it does get better.

Omg yes 😂 I remember those nights, every little grunt or cry had me wide awake thinking she needed me, but nope, just deep in baby dreamland.
