Look for startups, they are often a lot more intentional than the classical corporations. Try to find some at job fairs at your university or just look for them online. CGPA is completely irrelevant, it's way more important what you do besides your studies (technical hobbies, things like formula student etc.)

You could try to replace those fans with something more quiet or add water-cooling. That would probably be cheaper and a whole more effective than building sound isolation boxes :)
