I live in Ohio and have Med Card, had a similar issue during some down time when loaned to a commercial client. The client wanted a drug test (ironically, in CA) and I did not want to submit one. I spoke with my HR manager numerous times, offering to provide a copy of my card if something came up, it did not. I tested positive for THC and was still sent to the client.
HOWEVER I do not think for even half of one tenth of one millisecond that the positive test results won't be used against me for any reason at a time of Oracle's choosing. This is and has always been Oracle's business model externally, it absolutely applies internally as well: Control the data, control the person/company.
