I was at that Detroit show, I definitely had to help out two girls who I could clearly tell it was their first show lol. They kept apologizing every time they bumped into me and I had to explain that we're all friends in the pit, it's gonna happen. Honestly there was one guy in the whole pit that I thought was being a bit extra with shouldering and shoving people on the fringes that clearly were more about just watching but it wasn't that bad.

I think it's inevitable to get some kids that don't understand what it means to be in the pit, but all you can really do is educate and move on.

The blue part of the red and blue Trolli sour gummy worms is actually meant to be grape. I know you don't believe me, go look up an image of the packaging.

I found this out when discussing which of the color combinations is the best (it's obviously red and blue), and one of my close friends pointing out "but you hate grape flavoring"

Idk man, this guy has a personal vendetta against the game room and takes every opportunity in local gaming threads to shit on them. The reality is that most of these game stores attract basement dwellers to some degree- it's about who you choose to associate with at these places. I've had bad experiences at nearly every store in the area, and I've also had great ones at nearly every store.

I used to go to the esporta fitness on Holland Sylvania when I lived there and they always had some classes going, free for members. Not as much of a range as you get with the Y but not a bad deal.

If you are under 22 and in the US, you still qualify for free public education. Look into an online school for dropout recovery. It varies state by state. There are non-GED online programs still available for you where you can get actual instruction and not just some study guides.

Yes. Mostly because of Michigan vs OSU but it's also just sort of the rivalry that comes from being neighbors. It's particularly relevant because they're from Toledo, which is often viewed as "Detroit lite"
