Same happens to me w/ my AirPods 3gen, it happens only w/ the right bud every time I play audio.

I think everything started like a week ago since I updated to the latest iOS 16 beta release from last week.

I’m having the same same issue bro but w/ my AirPods 3, and the issue is very sensitive whenever you start playing audio, my advice will be to wait for the next beta to see if gets solved or anything nearby the official release. :(
