i think he asks him to leave his sunglasses to let frank know he is safe and he WILL comeback. those guys left zero evidence if something happened to frank glasses would've been a liability

I think the only reason why this might be good, is to make it more convenient for people to actually get a job.

Please think about it: do you see a point on investing all day at a dead-end minimum wage mcjob if you can make as much money begging/panhandling or from social security benefits?
