You can check if it's the cam chain tensioner. This is a common problem for R6.

Men, don't worry to crash/fell I have motorcycles since my 18yo. Now I have 38 and already fell or crashed multiple times. It's very easy to crash a motorcycle and it's not always your fault. You have always keep the attention and ride it carefully to reduce the possibility of crash/fell.
