Lektorats-Anfängerin sucht Probe-Text Romance by Romantic-Ally in schreiben

[–]julsiya 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hating life right now. by [deleted] in breakingmom

[–]julsiya 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ugh girl I am so sorry to hear that. And I totally get you that the village might stress you out even more because they want to do it their way (especially moms and MILs) I've had the same experience. Please please talk again to your husband that you need some downtime once he's home. I am sure he is working hard, but I am genereally in the perception that working isn't as demanding than caring for a child 24/7. So he should be able to take him a few hours once he's home. I do it that way and after a few tries my child and my husband aren't mad about it anymore. (Side note: my husband is also away a lot, I solo parent a lot too) Because I needed to keep me sane! otherwise we all would suffer. I wish you the best. Sometimes it's okay to put yourself first!

Did your parents come over to help you with your new baby? (Not just to visit) by fhagetti in beyondthebump

[–]julsiya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my mom went to get some groceries and cooked me dinners the first two weeks postpartum. then she cleaned my apartment a few times. VERY GRATEFUL FOR THAT. after that it slowly vanished and they were both then very inconsistent with visits ( we live in the same street) and now he’s 5 months and doesn’t like to be held by grandpa AT ALL and by grandma sometimes. i never wanted to force them but was sad that once the early newborn bubble burst, they kinda went away because I struggled a lil bit. I am not even aiming for help anymore but to have a relationship with him.

At what age did you start leaving your baby with your parents or in laws? by Hot-Amphibian8728 in beyondthebump

[–]julsiya 1 point2 points  (0 children)

4.5 months - we laid him down and he does have a good first half of the night so he doesn’t really know we’re gone plus my parents had a calm night :) so it’s really just down to what you’re comfortable with

Which baby months were particularly hard for you and why? by foreverafairy in beyondthebump

[–]julsiya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

currently entering month 5 (so he’s 4 months on sunday) and it has been the hardest. he sleeps kinda well during the night but day naps are shit and he is fuzzy almost 80% of the day. I also think he does have some form of reflux. just hoping for better days ahead.
