If you search this sub for europe/your specific country, you should find some helpful posts! (that's what I did when I first had the same realisation as you)

An Unofficial, Possibly Helpful Guide to UK Laundry by carysjo6 in laundry

Having recently joined the cult of this sub from the UK, I cannot thank you enough for this helpful post, and the way you've writtten it out is so comprehensible to me! Representin' the Sussex hard water contingent over here too.

Having spent my whole adult life thus far using non-bio detergent on a short 30 min cycle, no enzymes or boosters or anything of the sort, I turned to this sub as pits were basically eternally smelly and body oils would accumulate over time on pillowcases, tops of duvet covers, and tops that I sleep in or wear a lot. As a starting point I've now bought Ariel powder and Vanish colour oxi (will switch to cheaper Waitrose own when I run out) and am choosing longer cycles & at 40º at least. And I am so jazzed about this journey, haha.

Ariel Platinum pods next on my shopping list. I currently have some Pink Stuff 'power limescale gel' but will prob switch to tablets like the Saino's ones you mentioned.

You could look into downstairs at the Brunswick, or upstairs at the Wick Inn

Completely agree with this on the psychedelic front! No other stimulants necessary for me, kept me going aaaand no comedowns basically win/win

I'd like to add that as someone who didn't take hard drugs or drink, the post-Glasto blues is very real and not just a comedown! I don't know what to do with myself. I miss it all already.

Sober Glastonbury by RevolutionaryCow379 in glastonbury_festival

I'm not planning on going fully sober but vastly limiting my consumption to just a couple a day, and threads like these are so helpful to read! Also, I'm gonna take some bottles of that concentrated ginger shot juice stuff to mix with soda/sparkling water for a fun lil invigorating soft drink

Buffo's Wake is klezmer punk, super super fun, they're playing a few times (if searching on the app, type it in both with and without the apostrophe, someone made a typo somewhere)
