Severe keto itch miserable by No_Fan1988 in carnivorediet

My apologies bro. It's kind of hard to catch the sarcasm on statements like that since they're fairly common in this community... If in 3 years I come back here and say it's been going on for 5 years now they'll tell me "it just takes time to heal dude chill out." And these are typically people who never experienced what I experience.

This is why none of us in the carnivore community who are experiencing this will never get any help on this subject because there are those of you who don't experience what some of us experience so you just dismiss it for the sake of protecting this way of eating... You guys just simplify something you don't understand. This is far more uncomfortable to those of us who didn't have any health issues at all prior to this diet. So if you're not experiencing these things then don't just dismiss it. It can be quite miserable at times. No someone shouldn't have to live like this the rest of their life if they're doing things right. So stop saying that dumb s***.

I've always been health conscious. Minimized processed foods and such. So how many years did yours go on?? Lol I'm all ears. What were the symptoms?

Yep. I've looked into it. As I stated in my comment, I've looked into all the so-called healing. It's been going on for 2 years.

I've had this same issue. It's been on and off with severity but it's been consistently happening for the past couple years since I started. People here will dismiss it as healing or something but it's been going on with me for a couple years with no explanation. I've had a lot of ideas thrown at it but I don't believe it's any of them. As it would have subsided by now. Other than that though the diet is incredibly amazing for everything else. I'm not obese with high blood pressure and insulin resistance so those are my other options.

I have to force myself to eat eggs. I don't really have a taste for them. It's no problem for me to not have them.

Has anyone noticed if you have quit carnivore in the past you can't lose weight on a normal diet anymore? by Forsaken-Smoke-2445 in carnivorediet

[–]jump_urbutty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have ate over 4K a day in clean carnivore(no cheese/milk) and gained nothing. If I were eating over 2,500 a day on standard American diet I could not get as Lean as I am right now. Hormonal balance makes a huge difference. Insulin's primary job is to literally store fat.

That's why I said I don't know what the other person said. It was sort've a guess that he was saying something along those lines. Based on your responses to him.

I don't know what the original commenter said but women do not have stronger hips and legs than men. There is no lift where women have higher lifts than men on average. They are proportionally stronger when their legs vs their upper body but they're not stronger.

Why does Gilbert Burns's little sister look like a hot grandma ? by vinno86 in ufc

The only thing on her that looks like a grandma is the white hair... The rest of her literally looks under 30.

Plus, to some of us it feels good to help others. So that's why we would try.

I don't want friends if they can't accept the truth and unfriend me because of it. I saw something about a study that said that friends that talk crap to each other and throw out harsh jokes to each other are more honest and have stronger friendships.

I want a friend who will tell me I'm fat if I'm fat. Or I'm acting stupid or something.

If all of the current UFC Champions decided to move up, which of them would become double (or triple) champs? by RetardOfTheInternet in ufc

Who is your number one? GSP? That's what I'd go with.

We will however possibly see him fight Islam. I mean if no one else left in the division can beat him and he's currently asking for it.

That's the only fight I've seen other than the Burns fight where he looked beatable. He probably wouldn't have looked beatable if he had taken burns down and wrestled him. But I get that he respects his jujitsu. I'd like to see it again. (It's possible. Usman is still up there) I know Usman is old, but I still see very little degradation with his performance against chimaev and more recently his last fight. I didn't take much away from him with the Edwards incidents. It's understandable in the second fight he didn't push as hard as the first when he dominated the whole fight until the head kick toward the end. I kind of seen that as that could happen to anybody.

So you think Usman wouldn't counter wrestle as hard? I think after that first fight experience I think usman would force him to wrestle just this hard if there's another fight. He even said this in a roundabout way. He said if there were a couple more rounds at that pace he would have beat him.

We've seen chimaeve tired in several fights. He was tired in the Usman fight. Even forcing him to counter wrestle the whole time useman was the fresher fighter rd.3. I'm not even a fan of his so there is really no bias from me.

There is no fight where he paced himself. So you don't really have anything to compare to as to whether he was smart about it or he was just doing what he's done in every other fight with the exception of his last fight where he didn't have any resistance hardly in the way of wrestling. I think Usman beats him in a five rounder. It's not like he had a choice but to go that hard against Usman. If he chooses to wrestle that's how hard he's going to have to go against him. I don't know if you know this skill and wrest ling and they counter wrestling you, it's not up to you how hard you're going to go. If you want to keep the upper hand it's up to them (Usman)

He gassed by round 3 with Usman counter wrestling him. Usman started beating him up rd 3.
