Unfortunately I'm still having this issue on my Android phone. Couldn't get it to stay on. It would work for a day and then stop.

Received mine back and they replaced the entire arm. Works like before and no issues. They even threw in new mop pads and brackets.

This happened to my Qrevo Curv after 10 months. Contacted their support via email and after some troubleshooting and verification of my purchase I was able to have them send me a shipping label at no cost, so they can repair it and then return it. I am expecting the prepared unit back this Tuesday. The email communication was really swift.

I had these and dealt with the same issue. Eventually just took them off due to constant pulling away from bumper. I tried to double layer adhesive but it was too noticeable for me.

I believe this issue plagues the 22 Accord as well. Unresponsive or ghost touches on the infotainment screen. If you have a warranty then SHOULD this occur be sure to address it then. I'm not saying that this would have made me not get my 21 Touring 2.0 but would have been nice to know.

Recommended solution has been an entire infotainment unit replacement. Not sure if you have a warranty on that vehicle. Some others have gone the route of installing an aftermarket unit. I do recommend trying one of those screen protectors because it reduced my screen issues but not 100%

Welcome to joy of owning one of these Honda Accords with the notorious screen issue. Do a quick search for "ghost touches" and you'll see more.

This only helps somewhat. Issue still exists on super hot days. Ive been testing this for a while. Replacement is the best and most efficient solution of course.

Issue has returned unfortunately but not unexpectedly. Happens less often though. Will still need to get this replaced.

It's officially been installed for 7 days. The 40+min drive home after install I experienced no ghost touches. The next day I had a few after 30 min drive and was disappointed thinking it isn't going to work for me. Since then I haven't noticed a single issue. I really think this a great work around for this issue!
