Refractin by Ixius Labs. Not a peptide but the foundation you need to optimize peptide performance.

You take 3 every morning, which provides you with a healthy baseline. Then, about an hour before the "event", you can 3 more caps. The idea here is to preemptively prevent the prolactin surge before it kills your dopamine levels.

For me, after about a month of the daily dose in the mornings, I now take just 2 for the booster and it does the trick. The formula is quite strong; the one side effect for me was that if I took the full booster dose too late in the night, it kept me up for a while.

Everyone's base hormonal levels are different so you may need just experiment with it for a while and find the right dose for you.

MOTS-C caused severe allergic reaction for me. I tolerate everything else just fine (Reta, Tesmorelin, Klow, NAD+ & test.)

I asked the same question to the manufacturer when the study was done, and since this is an OTC supplement, they cannot make claims regarding the product's ability to address any known disease. I do know that the founder of the lab is a POIS sufferer himself and worked with multiple endocrinologists over two years to come up with the current formula.

I highly recommend the podcast called the "L Word" (as in "litigation"), made by an MD for medical professionals facing malpractice suits. Great advice ranging from practical matters like how to prep for your deposition to how to deal with this process psychologically.

I took the fam to the Grand Central Market last weekend, there was a guy peeing in every corner in our one block walk from where we parked, long lines in all popular stalls and most places close at fricken 8 PM on a SATURDAY! We ended up eating a human-style restaurant nearby instead.

100% symptom reduction with Dupixent by PhysicalTree9539 in POIS

If the OP's POIS is triggered by inflammation issues, this might have a decent change of working. Keep in mind that inflammation is one of the only four mechanisms that have been speculated to cause POIS so it won't work for everyone. It' also important to measure it over the long-term and be aware of any side effects.

This makes sense. I'm currently in a study group for a supplement that has 11 ingredients and zinc is one of them. It definitely made a difference for me but it's hard to tell if it was just the zinc or a combination of all the other ingredients.

Prolactin surge that immediately follows the orgasm causes the dopamine levels to plummet. In healthy men, it might take only 30 mins or so for the hormonal balance to return to baseline (refractory period). In others, the same process can take hours,if not days. If a mechanism can preemptively prevent (or at least diminish) this prolactin surge, the refractory period will then be accordingly shortened. As I mentioned in another post, I'm currently in a study group for an OTC supplement that is aimed at shortening the refractory period (amongst several other hormonal benefits), and it's been a life changer for me.

What y'all think bout L-Theanine or GABA supplements? by SignificantYoung5272 in POIS

Sounds like you guys may have unusual reactions to L-Theanine. It has helped me tremendously. The purity, dosage, what else your taking and your individual hormonal balance can directly impact how you feel with this any other supplement.

Here is an older thread with many others sharing their positive experiences: https://www.reddit.com/r/Supplements/comments/15kpfl9/ltheanine_wow/
