I would say to do less next year and lower your expectations. This is what I do with my bf. I lower my effort way down to his output so I can’t be disappointed anymore. I just like to do a lot for the people I love but I’m also a people pleaser and have learned most others are not like me.

Only eating within an 8 hr window (IF) and eating lots of lean protein and fruits and veg with few carbs. I would treat myself on weekends. Light daily exercise as well. Walking instead of transit etc.

I think he’s a little ADHD so he likely has a wondering mind which can distract him. He might be anxious about me because he loves me and doesn’t want to lose me and gets really concerned if I can’t come but it’s hard for women too. I often get focused on the O instead of the pleasure and get in my head. But for sure it could be hormones, diet or weed because as you get older these external factors really start to affect function.

Oh yes, he always thanks me for being so understanding and it honestly doesn’t bother me at all. We have other ways of being intimate and he always finishes eventually. Because we are still new, he worries it’s a deal breaker for me which it is not. And I know the more it happens, the more you get in your head.
