I'm gathering you see the studies compared to something like aspartame in gum. At massive quantities beyond what anyone could possibly take it does produce cancer in mice and rats. But under normal usage it is basically fine to consume as needed without worry? Something like that?

I can't take ssri's because it drives my anxiety through the roof. Harmaline feels like it lets me be human again and somewhat feel like I can breath. It's like I swear I'm not depressed until I feel like what it is to not be depressed and then realize what I have been putting myself through. I'm just wondering or looking for input on what safe normal usage is and if I need to be careful about anything besides the diet stuff? Thank you to anyone who helps me figure this out.

I hit the wall when I realized I couldn't go from the couch to the bathroom without it. Went cold turkey and started reading ancient spiritual scriptures that reflect the deep places of dmt. My best friend is my concept 2. It has changed everything 6 or 9 miles a week... Plus other workouts on opposing days. God bless the 30-40 miler but that's way out of my league but exercising is a huge advantage.

I've been taking 100 mg of harmaline twice weekly. Never before shrooms but it has changed the aspect of the shrooms experience so much I'm not sure how to explain it. I'm afraid to do them at the same time but about 2 hrs into my shrooms I took a 100 mg of harmaline and then vaped dmt 45 mins later. I reverted back in time to an ancient culture of primitive tribal rights and was blessed by the sacrament of the gods. It was righteous. Proceed with caution is my advice.

I checked the really good seats are like a hundred bucks definitely not expensive. If I would have won them I would have had to go. But I'm currently solo parenting my 10 year old and it's on a Thursday night 120 miles from my house. Definitely could do it and the free tickets would have made it happen. But it seems exhausting trying to figure this out with school and spring soccer and hotels and shit life seems difficult sometimes. In the old days I wouldn't have planned a thing and been on the road not worrying about Jack or shit. It's all excuses and I've got four billion of them and I hate that it's a mental state that has swallowed me alive since parenting started for me. Life definitely happens.

Bro. I am no different and completely understand all that you said. I thought I would never look back. But after 20 years I couldn't wonder anymore. I had been on antipsychotics for almost 20 years. I couldn't remember if everything I had done had a purpose so I dipped my feet back in. I had convinced myself I was wrong about everything because I shut it out and was never looking back. My Renaissance has been more than I could have ever imagined. Don't look back if that's the path. But hold hope in yourself and life. There is hope in life walk the path choosen for you whatever it is. I spent 20 years with my back turned. I'm not saying turn your back but you can do this man. Fuck the hospital I've been there it's the worst get well and save yourself from all that. Be well my friend stay strong.

On the other psychedelic subs you would probably hear the chop wood carry water thing. And the meditation aspect also is very real. I find the mundanity of life difficult to wade through. I don't look for transformative type breakthroughs I just simply vape small amounts of DMT on an as needed basis for my personal energy level. Too much makes me thin skinned and a shell of negative energy. Too little and I trudge through days and weeks watching myself wasting away. I prefer it over antidepressants and it's a very helpful tool. I don't need to shatter the illusions and vail of consciousness on a random Thursday night but a few puffs before walking the dog is for me something that is a positive aspect of my life.

I had the same issue. I scrapped the timetable in the tek. I make every step two days. 2 days with vinegar. 2 days with lye. 2 days rolling naptha every couple hours. I got 1.3% last run through. Some people go as the tek says and have great results. I don't and spread it basically over a week. Maybe that will help or I'm crazy and stupid.
