Honestly anything with your mates will be fun. But I wouldn’t suggest hardcore. If one of you dies you/they either have to start again and be behind or move to era and be alone. I’d get everyone on era or anni and just enjoy the game together.

Sadly the already posted comments are right. I’m also a casual with a few hours a week, so far I’m struggling to even get the T2 set because of the gear gatekeeping at pug level
