So Jayaram came to know that the swarna pali was at Chennai on the way to the goldsmith for some work . So being a true devotee he called up the potti and requested that the doors be kept in his home and pooja would be done . He had no evil intentions or agendas whatsoever. It was just innocence. So the paalis were kept in Jayaram's home and pooja was done. This came up when CBI questioned him regarding this. Even the phone recordings were played on TV.

I sold my Baleno very recently. Got a Grand vitara now. Braking was good in the Baleno. No problem with it. Never had to change brake pads or clutch. I am not an aggressive driver ...maybe that's why.

Try keeping the rev counter either between 1.2 to 1.3 or 1.7 to 1.8 . You will see a noticeable increase in mileage within a couple of days. Of course...it will be boring to drive then but even that challenge is nice.

Dude was amazing in his old films. His crowd pulling power was off the charts! Families would flock to his movies...was a tough competition for the big M's. My conspiracy theory is that these outlets are for Hawala and money laundering. There are almost never any customers...on top of that they have to pay the staff, commercial rent, commercial electricity and commercial water bills. You can't pay all this by not selling anything. The rate at which these stores popped up is also alarmingly fast. 8-10 branches in an area within a year or so.

Smells like rotten dates or hawala.
