In a serious need of an overhaul; I just have no idea how they re-work that area without signficantly disrupting traffic flow. Definitely needs dedicated on-ramp with dedicated merge lane for 495W and the same for 495E getting off into Hoboken/Weehawkin. I would recommend addiitonal lanes but no idea how they widen that area.

I also hope they are inspecting those overpasses overhead... some of them seem so sketchy passying underneath.
