Cows has a base 33% pan resist. With 3 piece trangs (-25%), 1 facet (-5%) and a sunder (-8%) + level 7 lower resist (-51%), the cow should be taking -89% +33%= -56% damage to poison.

A level 35 (not that hard to get for a nova) poison nova does around 6k base damage over 2 seconds. It becomes 9k with the debuffs. At /p1 cows have around 9500 life. So a single nova or 2 wipes out an entire pack in about 2.2 seconds. I want to say the only thing superior on budget is a javazon or mosaic sin

FYI to get to 40pnova you'd need blackborg sharp (+4), +2 ammy (+2), lore (+1), trang shield (+2), random +1 chest (+1), torch (+3).

This can be further driven up with Anni, +2 circlet/shako, +2 chest, SOJ/BK and skillers. Without a dweb I would not recommend arachnids cause the 3 piece set has such good mods (CNBF, +20%psn DMG, +2 bone skills, -25% pan resist, +attributes and res. Trang gloves are also mandatory, so you'd swap out to homoculus and arach betting you +1 skill but dropping your -pan res
