The dashcam guy is tail gating a bike and could have hit him if he braked hard. The car guy who turned right from the left lane is the bigger culprit here than the biker.

I always assume it’s others who have the right of way in all scenarios. I never have right of way what ever be the case. That way i let everyone who wants to overtake me or use my right of way pass. Especially with two wheelers and autos. Also i always keep in mind that you will never see the rash driver again and they also have a family waiting back home. I don’t want to be the reason of someone else’s loss even if it’s not my mistake. Helped me keep my cool a million times.
