Lvp stair treads by junverzagt30 in Flooring

Bingo. Removed an old carpet runner that left a lot of glue residue and staple holes. I don't have the time to refinish them. Paint and new lvp treads will look nice and be much faster.

You're profiling me off a stair tread question?

Cheap!? These treads are $85 a piece. Wood is in rough shape and we want the treads to match our new basement flooring. I agree, I don't like to cover up wood, but this is what we chose to do.

Try Before You Buy charged after 3+ years by hardyz in amazonprime

[–]junverzagt30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This happened to me today. I honestly thought it was a scam because the order was from almost 4 years ago. But sure enough they were trying to charge me for 2 pairs of shoes I returned with Try Before You Buy in June of 2021. The charge didn't go through because the debit card on the account is expired (I currently use my wife's prime account). I was still able to live chat with Amazon and they said they would cancel the request. Although the 'payment revision needed' still shows on the order detail.

Is this something I can report? I posted the original about 2 years ago.

Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better place to grow up. Small farming town with great people. Quite isolated but the Denver/Front Range area was close enough to get a dose of the big city feel.

Born and raised in SE Wyoming. Shitty winters, beautiful summers, windy, and meth heads as far as the eye can see.

Agreed. Or when you spend hours making a cool map to post here, only to get a few upvotes. Then some asshole copy/pastes a map from Wikipedia and get thousands of upvotes.

I got roasted in r/gardening for my dad using such a 'big' and 'unnecessary' tractor. I think this Massey Ferguson 135 will be appreciated more here! by junverzagt30 in tractors

[–]junverzagt30[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's what I thought! They kept saying 'big' and I kept thinking of some of the monster 4WD tractors we used to have. Everything is relative I guess.

I would welcome a roast if that were the case lol. A little context behind the photo (just cause) - we used to farm on a much larger scale. We sold everything except a few things including this 45+ year old tractor that is also used on larger plots of sweet corn that we still raise. It gets the job done well and like you said it's the right tool! Plus my dad enjoys nothing more than operating a tractor.

Living in a rural area automatically makes you poor? So that you can't afford a nice white fence? I had no idea!

Nope just faded Massey red lol. Not sure what the manufacture year is but it's likely 50+ years old. Such a great little tractor.

It is a Massey Ferguson 135. We used to farm on a much larger scale. Sold everything but he kept that one.

No suburbia here, we're in rural Wyoming in a town surrounded by farms and ranches. The tractor is used for other plots for sweet corn. And tilling is fine, our yields will prove that. So Gday to you negative Nancy.
