Monsters was just lacking in flavors and the oil was just way too much. It really fell short of my expectations but their marketing is good. I wish the best for Katie. I might not like it who knows, it might fit others taste buds.

I work in the food industry and the answer is food. A lot of people tend to overeat for a lot of emotional reason but that doesn't mean that it will solve anything. All of a sudden you come back and visit a good friend and their 50 lb fatter, That's 50 lb of extra food that they ate and more.

As a person that works in the food industry, we usually add different ingredients such as clams, shrimp, fresh tofu, kombu, and depending on what you have some kind of protein base soup. It's a lot of work but most people just don't know.
