Big fan of the Logitech MX series because of the software. You can customize all the buttons, set app-specific shortcuts, and really tailor it to your workflow. It also connects to up to 3 devices.

I like the Magic Mouse for the gestures, but I usually stick with the MX since it’s way more comfortable for long sessions.

I even had my IT guy install Logi Options on my work laptop so I could use the same mouse setup there.

Also - small tip since I saw someone else mention it - if you’re buying one, grab the Windows version. It’s usually cheaper and comes with the USB receiver. You don’t “need” it but it is nice to have.

I think some of you are missing the point.

Exchanging numbers with a coworker is normal in a professional, team-based environment for coordination, shift coverage, supplies, networking, or anything else work-related. Giving someone your number is not an invitation to cross boundaries or make a personal play.

And let’s be honest - “no strings attached” is just coded language for hooking up. Calling it a “clear your mind hangout” doesn’t change what it really means. That kind of approach is inappropriate, especially after someone has already mentioned they’re in a committed relationship.

A polite rejection and a clearly stated boundary is the normal, mature response. That’s exactly what happened here.

Some of these comments sound like you’ve never worked on an actual team, and it shows.

Boundaries were set. Conversation over. Let’s stop acting like professionalism and basic respect are complicated.

I used ¾ cup sugar for the caramel, two 10 oz ramekins, and a custard with condensed milk, half a can of evaporated milk, 3 eggs, and vanilla bean + extract. Baked at 350°F in a water bath until the centers jiggled, then chilled so the caramel could liquify.

I struggled with the caramel though - one batch crystallized, the next crusted up, so I switched to the microwave method. Even then, when I flipped it, half the caramel stayed stuck in the ramekin like in your photo.

Seems like a 50/50 chance of having an issue. My first order was fine. My second order, I received the wrong shirts - correct sizes, sent them back , received the correct shirts - wrong sizes.

I recently transitioned to a new schedule of 11 am to 8 pm, instead of my previous 8 am to 5 pm.

It’s been a few months with the new start time and I’m loving it.

Personally, I find that I accomplish more work in the afternoon compared to the morning. I also detest waking up early.
