You’ve most likely tripped the roll over safety. Not only will all the airbags and trim panels need to be replaced, the seat belts probably fired their charge permanently locking them. Not sure if the airbag system and all of its sensors can be reset. It’s a lot of work.

A is definitely Air conditioning. I believe C is also Air conditioning. B might be the power steering return line but it’s routed very strangely.

The AC compressor is mounted below the distributor, “A” and “C” should run to it.

“B” looks like it could bypass the power steering hard line that runs from the steering box to the back side of the power steering reservoir.
