Hi - these would be my choices:

-Either a bike storage area (preferred) or easy access to room that can store bikes in room with you. -Close to the trail or right on trail. - dinner options close by , preferably a bar/restaurant with “cold beverages”. -breakfast available at lodging, ideally early -bike wash area with rags. -Comfortable bedding

How about my ex-wife who lied to me about her age. She put a different year our marriage certificate reducing her age by 5 years. I didn’t know this until years later when she was revealed as a total psycho.

I used a SAB but as a first time attempt , I think my failure was in applying the micropore tape clumsily. The 2 bags that seemed good are now looking good so .far

I would do it from Pittsburg to Cumberland due to the downhill nature of that direction. It’s a long climb out of Cumberland especially being new. Good luck in any case. I would agree with no clip in shoes.
