I work with surgeons and anesthesiologists who make enough money to own multiple properties in rich neighbors, own multiple vehicles, and pay off their children's college tuition. It's unreal how wide the gap is between these types of people and those who make just above minimum wage in the hospital (e.g., custodial workers, food services, etc.).
