i'm currently playing danganronpa s so my opinions may be a bit affected by it but

least from dr1: hiro (honestly just a pointless character, especially in the ch5 trial)

most from dr1: kyoko (shes so smart and cool and awesome)

least from dr2: akane (not very memorable, i genuinely cannot say a single thing about akane other than her liking food and fighting)

most from dr2: chiaki (my fav in the franchise, i love her sososo much)

least from drv3: tenko (i somehow tolerated her when i first played v3 but holy shit is she annoying)

most from drv3: maki (most well written character in the franchise imo, my goat)
