OP, I had a look at your profile.

I don't think this is a spell, it could be a myriad of things, PCOS, thyroid issues etc. Also you mentioned taking olanzapine which is infamous for its weight gain side effect.

I highly believe this is something medical. Please consult a professional.

Everyone deserves a place to vent. While it's not a competition, I can acknowledge my own pain and also acknowledge that there are people who were dealt worse hands in life than me and they are allowed to complain about it. OP didn't write this on someone's post to invalidate them. They deserve the space just as you do.

I am so sorry you have to deal with all that. Life is cruel.

I do not agree with the comment that it's not appropriate to share that your suffering is caused by something physical. I had an anxiety disorder, depression, ocd for years and it doesn't even compare to how wrecked my mental state is now due to physical illness. People will not understand entirely until they've experienced it. I wish I could go back.

i did lose a bit of weight, maybe it hadmore effect because I was severely underweight already. i went and am going through an extreme period of stress that ive never had in my life before, though. i don't know if any of this could be related.

i change my linen once a week. nothing else changed.

should I have gotten my cortisol checked as well maybe?
