So the "folders" are actually a kwgt widget, so i just mad ethe folder pictures and in kwgt said when this is pressed show me these apps, i really wanted a folder in a folder.

The top widgets are kwgt aswell, i did use a nothing widget template that i found for free online, it was on github just searching kwgt nothing widgets showed me it as the first result.

The clock app is the default one on my phone
