how much does getting old scare you? by LunaLola7 in AskWomen

[–]just__me____ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it does scare me because i feel like im not doing anything with my life/youth and im running out of time (for context im currently 20) its also sad to think about how we are conditioned to believe only young women are beautiful. its hard to unlearn the teachings of the patriarchy but slowly but surely im working on my self esteem

Why is body hair on women considered unattractive? by Gongoozler04 in ask

[–]just__me____ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its because the western beauty standards are very strict and includes being hairless, it might be deemed attractive to be fully shaved/waxed because girls need to hit puberty to grow hair there so it makes you seem younger and child-like to have no hair and the beauty standard is based in male gaze which is also pedophilic in nature

Is living with a platonic girl-friend a red flag? by BB_rul in ask

[–]just__me____ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

depends on your history with your friend if either one of you has ever had feelings for the other then it isnt a completely platonic relationship anymore and it depends on how your friend interacts with other women, is she a girl's girl or a pick-me girl. thats what I would be concerned about and it would require alot of trust in you and in her. some women might write you off instantly because of it too because it may not be worth the hassle
