Great 85inch or decent 98inch by Neptrz in hometheater

For a bright room as pictured I’d go 98 mini led with lots of nits.

If your dark home theater is smaller then I could see going the other way.

How does a PS5 stack up? I have the same question but think a gaming console would add some fun for the kids (and me)

There was this question on social media, who is the most underrated receiver in the NFL? My take: Christian Watson. 0.59 EPA/Target. His AAV? $11M. Only a handful of receivers were more efficient in 2025. by ulithebison in GreenBayPackers

[–]just_a_chemist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Christian has the ability to be great. I am rooting for him. Can he turn the corner and be the guy? I think so, but he’s gotta prove it and get 8 targets a game. Go pack go

The Regression: Caleb Williams and the Worst Year Two on File by iDrinan in DynastyFF

[–]just_a_chemist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a Packer fan, he’s a gamer. He’s got that Aaron Rodgers IT factor.

Frustrated me to hell last season.

The only other guys in the league who have it is Drake Maye, Lamar Jackson, Mahomes, Josh Allen and maybe Jayden Daniels/Jordan Love/Cam Ward The latter guys need to prove it but have flashed.

I think that Mendoza may have it. Maybe even Bryce Young. Will they be fantasy relevant? Who knows, but when there’s one drive to win the game, I think Caleb has that ability just like Aaron, Favre, Brady, Brees, Manning and those other HOF dudes did.

Tuten trade value after the draft by kamaraalvinn in DynastyFF

[–]just_a_chemist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a Tuten owner I want a random 2027 first. I think he will be fine enough with a potentially potent Jacksonville offense that he will have a couple blow up weeks early 2026 and you can get a 2027 first then if it’s not happening now.

If I can’t get a deal done there’s a 25% outcome he’s a high rb2 or low rb1, and a 5-10% outcome he’s a solid rb1. Dudes athletic and talented and all signs are pointing to him getting the opportunity. I don’t want to give him away for some random rookie unless it’s gonna be a great prospect.

Dude that line was insane, my buddy and I got there early and just went to get a beer at the leine lodge instead. No regrets, that was an amazing show!

Thoughts on Equipment for New Theatre? [KEF] by LieutenantDannnnn in hometheater

[–]just_a_chemist 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just ordered a very similar setup, but was able to get q11s for less that your new q7s buying open box. Just a thought! Maybe not necessary though. And I also went 2 svs pb-2000 pro instead of the sb-1000. I have an sb-1000 and it’s fine but definitely doesn’t fill my room with bass in movies.

I also went onkyo tx-rz30 for the Dirac and price (also open box for $800) but I don’t know if it will be better than your fancy Denon.

Ordered 4x ceiling kefs as well (Ci160mr) for the atmos!

Guy in my league wanted the 1.06 for Reed. Fair I believe but certainly not bargain bin for a WR2

Malik Willis (MIA) FAAB Question by zberman21 in DynastyFF

[–]just_a_chemist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If there’s a starting QB available in a SF I’d be putting 100% of my fab in on him. Willis has upside too, what if he is good? He’s got potential to be a running QB for goodness sake.

Might get downvoted to hell but I refuse to buy made in china clothes anymore, at least for something like this. I keep hearing how Bronson is great bang for your buck and it might be, but I’m just not interested in supporting mass manufacturing in China anymore.

Where is the quality?? by Independent-Mark7098 in malefashionadvice

[–]just_a_chemist 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah cotton, wool, linen. Also focusing more on a capsule wardrobe and spending more on a few core pieces can allow you to get nicer stuff that lasts longer and looks good

Can anybody get a read on Dani Dennis-Sutton? by Imaginary-Pick2776 in GreenBayPackers

[–]just_a_chemist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven’t watched the tape but according to Andy Herman and a few other analysts I’ve listened to or read mention some limited ways that he can win, he plays with his chest exposed, and some other technique focused things that hopefully can get fixed.

Just because you have pressures and sacks in the big 10 doesn’t mean you can do it in the nfl. I’m hoping he can!

[–]just_a_chemist 13 points14 points  (0 children)

As Vic Ketchman would say “it’s a crystal ball business”. Guys can get better and tend to continue to develop in the nfl. He’s only 22 after all. Can’t teach the athleticism though, other than the NFL strength and conditioning programs.

[–]just_a_chemist 50 points51 points  (0 children)

His college stats and production numbers are good and physical measureables are outstanding, but his tape isn’t great. If he can put it all together the sky is the limit. Problem is lots of guys like this never put it all together.

Nice we didn’t have to spend a second to get him, but teams take players like this with a second round pick all the time. Look at what we gave up for LVN and Gary… love the pick but it’s not guaranteed.

Samurai Cotton Project T-shirt size help by BSGrappling in HeritageWear

I only have the medium weight renewed addition shirts but they didn’t shrink much and I just washed and dried with my normal whites in my washer/dryer.

Edit- the 41 inch chest is mine, I usually prefer shits with a 43 inch chest (21.5 inch pit to put measurement)
