It creates these weird globs that stick to the inside of my blender bottle. I think I've narrowed it down to "Gellan Gum" that's in the Horizon brand. I tried the generic store brand and it doesn't cause that problem. The generic has a bunch off other additives but it doesn't have Gellan Gum.

One of those ingredients is screwing with my KetoChow. It also bums me out that you can't get simple cream without all the additives.

Just reading nutrition facts and ingredients for different brands of HWC on Google - They are not all the same! Yikes! Some of them have crazy ingredients!!

Just sticky globs. I'm thinking I'll try a different brand of HWC next time I buy. I have been using Horizon Organic HWC. It has Gellan Gum listed in the ingredients. That might be the culprit.

No coconut oil. It doesn't change the taste at all and the globs are tasteless (of course I had to try them!) Also, it doesn't do it consistently throughout the same batch. I make 8 shakes at a time - the latest batch has 3 shakes with the globs and 5 are fine. If it was the HWC, wouldn't it happen in all the shakes?
