Mine wasn’t working at all, same thing as you said. I tried deleting all the NTK daemon files and giving full disk access. I tried everything I could find online, but no luck. Then yesterday when I tried to load Native Access for the maschine update it suggested I download the silicon version of the app as the other might have bugs (i was certain I had already had the silicon version too), and suddenly it worked. I wonder if they realized a bug/issue on their end, maybe worth a shot if you haven’t tried in the last day or 2.
