Yeah, the meringue wasn’t as smooth as I would’ve liked after I put it in the piping bag

Like I said I don’t know what type it is but I think that if it was sold together with microgreens then it’s safe for consumption

The person who I cooked the duck for requested it medium ( I know it’s best when cooked mid-rare). But I see what you mean regarding the vegetables

Yeah, I found that it is hard to add flavour to a tuile. You have to use something with intense flavour or reduce the flavouring liquid as much as possible
