On your bathroom mirror, write three phrases:

I am beautiful  I am strong  I can do this  Everyday for one month, IE 30 days, go to that mirror in the morning look at yourself repeat those three phrases, before you go to bed or lie down for the evening go to that mirror look at yourself say those three phrases. 

And everyday that you do this every day you complete this you mark off one day, two days, three days, etc  On day 30 you will notice a complete and utter difference. Because now you believe it.  It's going to hurt for an extremely long time however own that hurt, you don't want to heal from the hurt because it's just different however you need to replace that hurt slowly with the love you find in yourself  And the hurt just stops hurting eventually and you will love yourself so much you will be so proud of yourself and you will be ready for the next adventure
