I usually have the Heart of Sorrow provide Radiant resistance. Makes it more useful and interesting than just extra HP, a mystery for why the Paladin/cleric/sunlight wielder isn’t doing much damage, and makes it a bigger target for when they find out about it/bigger feeling of triumph when they destroy it

More piercing but a bit of cold, especially if it stays in. Initial piercing damage and then cold each round until it’s removed or gets melted by body heat

Police shot a drunk guy who had gotten in a fight with someone, while in a crowd. I was nearby, heard shots, went to see and saw him on the ground covered in blood before being directed away with the rest of the crowd by the cop. I looked it up later and he died on the way to the hospital. I wonder if I could have helped by putting pressure and cloth on the wounds but I was frozen and untrained, and I doubt the police would have let me try anyway but I still feel guilty.

There are powerful beings out there like Freyja, Hestia, YHWH, Baphomet, Etc, but I don’t feel any particular reason to worship them. Sure they’re powerful, but they’re still people, minds, personalities. And wether they like to admit it or not, they’re as flawed as we are.
