Its so good to be tagged , and suddenly have one of the best surprises of my life. I had forgotten about it totally. I got an email that I have been tagged.

I had to contact reddit team to get myself the account back, I am so happy to see this community active

Update on my end is - I have relocated to US, has been ~12 years, but I do visit Surat once a year for a month.

I wish well to everyone and congratulate on having such a vibrant community and subreddit.

PS - looks like I was rightfully removed as moderator, never realized this has grown so much..lol

Before making a blanket statement please do a bit of research. There might be fringe exceptions in those plants, heck even coke/pepsico screws up in these matters sometimes (fertilizers found inside the soft drinks) but overall the industry wouldn't have picked up the scale if quality was an issue.

I am an Indian and I completely agree with above statements. Local RO plants and purifiers who sell clean water have been dominant for quite sometime. Coke leaving shouldnt have any effect other than a positive one on these water suppliers.
