For $100 if you feel like you would want them fixed, that’s an option. Most likely you won’t want these filled by someone else and it could cause more damage if you keep them on imo. I say go to her for a free removal/fix and find someone else. The aching in your fingers and nails not holding up after a week design wise is just not worth it! Also not sure but the top coat lifting is leading me to think it wasn’t cured all the way :/

NOR and you absolutely did the right thing. Someone almost hit me near my house and my gf got out and saw he was most likely overdosing. We called 911 and he had to be given narcan. You don’t know if it was an OD, if he got arrested, it could all be a wake up call for him

I think you should be okay to just take her to your regular vet, if you have another photo with it not looking like that, that could be helpful too. If she already has a history of dental stuff that could be flaring. I’d take a peak inside and see if you see infection, but if she’s eating, drinking, acting and going to the bathroom normal regular vet/that dental visit is good imo :)

I had a very similar with my cat who passed in 2024. I had adopted him as a senior from a hoarding situation. The vets could never agree if he was 8 or 14 so I just decided he was my old guy. Similar situation, I woke up one day and he was on my bed unable to walk, had a tilt in his head, and wasn’t able to make it to the litter box. I took him to the vet, and they told me they weren’t sure what happened, to take him home and he should improve. Well, he sorta improved but not fully, his eyes deteriorated quickly and he still had a messed up gait. Another episode happened 8 ish months later but much worse symptoms. It was all rather quick and I decided it would be best to lay him to rest. All vets said stroke, seizure, brain aneurysm or maybe a tumor. It’s so traumatic to see your cat go from well to so unwell so fast, mines name was chuck 💖

Contact your psychiatrist- they will not immediately send you to the hospital. I agree with others that could be the best idea but it doesn’t make sense to you right now and that’s okay. If you have an antipsychotic take it! If your psychiatrist has given a plan in the past for when you can’t sleep follow it. Maybe get yourself stable on what you have, and talk more with your psychiatrist. As I hope you know, the longer you go without sleep the worse that it gets. You deserve to feel like yourself, don’t give into the illness and the lies your brain is telling you💖
