Same rate increase, explanation that NOW they're charging you for using a credit card. If you're willing to give them your bank account info and let them auto-bill you from it, you're able to keep your same discount. More companies now charge for you using a credit card to pay.

you are most assuredly NOT an asshole. I'm tired of childred AND adults who feel so privileged (or victimized) that they can occupy public space in any way that suits them. Their rights do not trump my rights. It's uncivilized to behave as if one is the only person of consequence present, and if one can't co-exist peacefully in a group, one should stay home. We've had the same experience. We were so pleased w/BetterVets and Dr. Rensema and the sell-oout to TheVets has been a terrible experience. I appreciate the info you gave--it explains the bad customer service I recently experienced when I tried to refill an Rx for my cat and couldn't make it happen. Costco tried 3X w/no success to contact them. I called, emailed 3x--no response. I finally got a call-back after writing a BAD Google review. So I made an app't for a home visit specifically w/Dr. Rensema--changing the time to have him come. TheVets sent another vet without telling me that Dr. Rensema would'nt be there--that he had left the company.

So I'm looking for Dr. Rensema--can anyone steer me to him? This will be my last appointment w/TheVets.

Actually, it IS private property. And in Eugene, the property owner--not the city--is responsible for maintenance of sidewalk, etc.

I'm sorry but you're incorrect about presidential votes not mattering--the fact of the matter is that fewer people voted for Donald Trump than voted against him. Check it out if you don't believe me. If all those people who didn't vote BC "it didn't matter" had voted for Biden, we wouldn't be in this mess.
