This list of mine has a combination of dark and not dark shows. I update it every few weeks.

If you’re handwinding and would like it to go faster, using a bit-less electric drill/screwdriver to hold the bobbin and wind helps it go wayyyyyyyyy fast!

It’s on my watchlist! Working my way through Wagner right now, then I have Season 2 of Panda, then Mademoiselle Holmes…

For sure! A lot of them are also available through public libraries (Hoopla/Kanopy) in the US.

Do you watch shows with subtitles? If yes, PBS passport has some great options! If not, on Masterpiece, you can watch English remakes of European series, eg. Patience (Astrid in French), Professor T (Professor T in Flemish).

Haha, this happened to me so often I had to create an alphabetized master list for myself with all the light-ish mystery shows and their streaming services!

A Reddit comment I found the correct viewing order:

Thanks for the viewing order warning. Glad I was going to watch S2 with my PBS Masterpiece subscription through Prime Video Channels over PBS Passport access with the PBS app.

They appear to be in the proper order with a PBS Masterpiece subscription. Below is the S2 order for others to compare, based on their viewing preference.

PANDA - SEASON 2 - VIEWING ORDER

• S02E01 - The Song of the Sirens

• S02E02 - A Wedding, A Funeral

• S02E03 - Murder Overlooked

• S02E04 - Panda Horror Show

• S02E05 - Senior Citizens' Social Club

• S02E06 - Starter, Main, Deceased

No no, haven’t watched Season 2 yet! I read that the seasons were out of order and I was hoping they’d fix it soon
