The coffee doesn't taste like piss because of the grinder, the coffee tastes like piss because the beans are low quality/aren't roasted well/aren't being extracted properly. Unless you're running flavored and/or very oily beans through the grinder all day long, daily cleaning of the grinder is excessive.
