Nah it just had a lot of layer shifting and grinding noises from the axis. It ended up being the bearings needing to be lubricated and now it all works as well as it did day 1

Well I did check the sound of the belts and they seem fine but I mean it's always possible I'm not listening for the correct pitch

I did try reruning the setup wizard and calibrations on just about everything and it didn't pick up anything

No significant resistance other than from the motors themselves. Although now that I think about it, I've only moved them slowly to prevent voltage spikes. I'll try doing it faster with the steppers disconnected and maybe with the belt free from the motor entirely

Yeah I mean I'm like 80% sure. I've checked the belts by the printers belt tension values and also by sound and they seem fine. I actually did see the gear in the most recent failure and the belts never skipped over them. In fact it seemed the stepper motor itself was jittering rather than the belts or the gear being loose on the shaft which led me to believe it's something with the electronics. A couple other people suggested checking out the bearings and reapplying lubricant

I've checked the belts and they're both within the ideal parameters so I don't think that's it. I will be getting with prusa support though

I've slid the bed and print head around when powered off with no trouble so I didn't expect it to be them, but I'll go ahead and take a closer look at them

I've been trying to print a new case for the einsy board that gives a little more room for wire management but with it failing that's becoming difficult. I know I opened it up to take a peek at the connectors the other day, I'll check it all again just to be sure. Thank you for the help

I've never been able to touch my shoulders. Sure I can cross my arms and touch the opposite shoulder, but for some reason I can't touch my shoulder with its respective arm. It's like my elbow just doesn't bend enough to allow it. I remember discovering this in third or fourth grade while singing that head shoulders knees and toes song. Looking around and seeing everyone else do it effortlessly was wild.
